Policies
English support
XYZQRBox puts camera scanning, photo recognition, custom QR creation, barcodes, location codes, encrypted and animated QR, and Home and Lock Screen widgets in one app. Scanning, recognition, creation and history happen on-device.
If a widget shows only a placeholder, remove widgets added by an older version and add them again; iOS controls widget refresh. If a code will not scan, improve lighting, use the torch, or save the image and use photo recognition. Encrypted-QR passwords stay in the local Keychain and cannot be recovered by us; decryption in the app is free.
The free version includes ads (manage ad privacy in Settings; the app shows the ATT tracking prompt, changeable in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking); HD sharing can be unlocked once with a short ad, and members see no banners or interstitials. Monthly US$0.99, Annual US$9.99 (auto-renewing), Lifetime US$19.99 (one-time); local prices may differ. Cancel auto-renewal in Settings → your name → Subscriptions; deleting the app does not cancel it.
Contact XYZTechFeedBack@gmail.com with the app and OS versions, device model and reproduction steps. Check attachments first; do not send passwords, verification codes or unrelated private content.
