Policies
English support
XYZMaker turns videos into Live Photos, GIFs and wallpapers, changes Live Photo covers, adds QR codes, converts GIFs and Live Photos to video, saves and restores Live Photos as LMR files, and shows panoramas. Conversion runs on-device. Requires iOS/iPadOS 26 or later.
Some formats or high-frame-rate files may not convert; try re-exporting to a common format, or screen-record content you are allowed to record. Live wallpaper behaviour depends on the iPhone model, iOS version and media. LMR files must be imported into XYZMaker to restore; chat apps only carry them as files. Standard access supports Live Photos up to 10 seconds, Pro up to 30 seconds.
Optional usage analytics can be declined without affecting conversion; ads are not shown once Pro is confirmed. Monthly US$1.49, Annual US$10.49 (auto-renewing), Lifetime US$19.99 (one-time); local prices may differ. Cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions → XYZMaker; deleting the app does not cancel.
Contact XYZTechFeedBack@gmail.com with the app and OS versions, device model and reproduction steps. Check attachments first; do not send passwords, verification codes or unrelated private content.
