1. 适用的软件与许可
本页所指软件为通过 App Store 提供的 XYZPhoto（“玲珑图片”）iPhone 与 iPad 应用（包括 App Store 允许的 Apple 芯片 Mac 与 Apple Vision 兼容运行），以及应用提供方按适用许可交付的更新。软件知识产权和未明确授予的权利由各自权利人保留。具体许可范围、设备使用规则、转让限制、终止和适用保证，以正式适用的 EULA、平台规则和强制性法律为准。如你在购买或下载时获得另一份有效许可协议，应查看该版本的适用范围。
2. 允许的使用
你可在自己拥有或控制的兼容 Apple 设备上，使用 XYZPhoto 整理、编辑、识别、打码、拼接、压缩转换、附近传图及 AR 浏览你有权处理的照片。本机编辑、识别与增强不使 XYZTech 取得你照片的所有权或公开发布授权；应用代码、界面设计、商标和随附模型的权利不因许可而转让给你。
3. 使用限制与开放源码
不得侵害本 App 或他人的知识产权、擅自移除权利声明、非法分发软件副本，或利用本 App 从事违法、欺诈或干扰他人设备与服务的行为。对反向工程、修改或再分发的具体限制，以适用 EULA 和法律为准；法律或某个开放源码组件许可明确允许的行为不受本页额外禁止。随版本使用的开放源码组件和开放数据保留各自版权与许可；就该组件而言，其许可授予的权利和义务优先于不相容的产品说明。
4. 你的内容与数据
你保留导入、编辑及导出照片的权利，并负责在处理或分享前取得肖像、隐私及知识产权方面的必要授权。核心编辑、识别与增强在设备本机执行；附近传图、网页提图、地图、分享、可选统计和广告涉及的数据流另有说明。识别、打码与元信息清理不保证完全匿名，请在交付前检查结果。相关数据处理见隐私政策、服务条款。
5. 费用与第三方服务
基础功能免费使用。Pro 月会员、年会员为自动续期订阅，Pro 终身会员为一次性购买；价格、自动续订、取消与恢复购买规则见服务条款及 App Store 购买确认页。付款由 Apple 处理。你访问的网页、地图服务、分享目标及 Apple 服务受其各自条款约束；软件许可不包含对这些外部服务持续可用或免费的承诺。
6. 更新、停止使用与法定权利
我们可能更新、修改或停止提供部分功能；你可随时停止使用并卸载本 App。卸载 App 与删除已导出文件、系统相册内容、钥匙串项目或第三方服务中的副本是不同操作，详见隐私政策。许可的终止及终止后义务由正式适用的 EULA 决定。任何有关可用性、保证或责任的说明均不排除适用法律不允许排除的消费者权利或救济，也不限制 Apple 依法另行承担的义务。

App Store licensing: App Store versions of XYZPhoto without a valid custom EULA are governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). This page links to that formal agreement and explains product use without replacing the Standard EULA.
1. Covered software
This page concerns XYZPhoto (玲珑图片) for iPhone and iPad as distributed through the App Store, including compatible use on Apple-silicon Mac and Apple Vision where the App Store allows it, and updates supplied under the applicable license. Software rights remain with their respective owners. The formal EULA, platform rules and mandatory law govern licensing, device use, transfer, termination and applicable warranties. Check any different valid license supplied for your version.
2. Permitted use
You may use XYZPhoto on compatible Apple devices you own or control to organize, edit, recognize, redact, stitch, compress/convert, transfer nearby and view in AR the photos you are entitled to process. On-device editing, recognition and enhancement give XYZTech no ownership of, or publication rights in, your photos; no rights in app code, interface design, trademarks or bundled models are transferred to you.
3. Restrictions and open source
Do not infringe software rights, remove rights notices, unlawfully distribute copies, or use the app for unlawful, fraudulent or disruptive activity. The formal EULA and applicable law determine modification, reverse-engineering and redistribution restrictions; rights granted by law or an applicable open-source license remain available. Open-source components and open data retain their own copyrights and licenses, which prevail for that component over incompatible product explanations.
4. Your content and data
You keep your rights in imported, edited and exported photos and must obtain any necessary likeness, privacy and intellectual-property permissions before processing or sharing. Core editing, recognition and enhancement run on-device; nearby transfer, web extraction, maps, sharing, optional analytics and ads involve separate data flows. Recognition, redaction and metadata cleanup do not guarantee complete anonymity; review results before delivery. See the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service.
5. Fees and third-party services
Basic features are free. Pro monthly and annual plans are auto-renewable subscriptions and Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase; pricing, renewal, cancellation and restore rules are in the Terms of Service and on the App Store purchase screen. Apple processes payment. Websites, map services, sharing destinations and Apple services you use follow their own terms; this license does not promise their continued availability or price.
6. Updates, stopping use and statutory rights
We may update, change or discontinue features; you may stop using and delete the app at any time. Deleting the app is different from deleting exported files, Photos items, Keychain entries or copies held by third-party services, as described in the Privacy Policy. Formal license termination and resulting obligations are determined by the applicable EULA. Nothing here removes non-excludable consumer rights or remedies or limits obligations Apple separately bears by law.
7. Formal terms and contact
Read Apple’s full Standard EULA and the applicable Apple Media Services terms. The governing license and mandatory law prevail over conflicting explanations. Both language versions are intended to be consistent.
