本政策说明 XYZColor（“本 App”）如何收集、使用、保存和保护信息。XYZColor 免费使用，不展示广告，没有 App 内购买或订阅。
核心说明：本 App 不会收集你使用本 App 生成、转换或查看的内容；我们不出售个人信息，不向广告服务器或广告网络提供你的信息。

This policy explains how XYZColor (“the app”) collects, uses, stores and protects information. XYZColor is free to use, shows no ads and has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Summary: the app does not collect content you generate, convert or view with it. We do not sell personal information and do not provide your information to ad servers or ad networks.
1. Information we collect
To maintain and improve the app, it may collect the following usage information:
- crash logs
- download time, number of opens and launches
- device model
- app version and OS version
This information helps us understand stability and usage and does not include content you generate, convert or view in the app. When you contact us by email or otherwise, we process the contact details and problem description you provide and any system and app version information you supply.
2. How we use information
This information is used only to maintain and improve the app, diagnose problems and handle feedback and emails you send. We do not use your email address or other personal information to send commercial or marketing messages; we may reply by email for non-marketing purposes such as customer service.
3. Advertising, payments and third parties
The app shows no ads, has no in-app purchases or subscriptions, and does not provide your information to third-party ad servers or ad networks. We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only where required by law or where genuinely necessary to protect the rights and safety of users, the app or others.
4. Storage, retention and deletion
Content you create stays on your device; deleting the app removes app-local data according to system behaviour, and exported or shared copies must be deleted where they are stored. Usage information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above. 5. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we process. No storage or transmission method is perfectly secure; protect your device with a passcode and back up important content.

The app is not intended to collect children’s personal information. Minors should use it with guardian guidance; guardians who believe information was collected improperly may contact us.
7. Your rights
