本条款说明你使用 XYZQRBox（“玲珑码盒”“本 App”）的条件。请在使用前阅读本条款、隐私政策和适用的最终用户许可协议。若你不接受，请停止使用；本条款不减损适用法律赋予你的强制性权利。

1. 功能与使用条件

玲珑码盒提供摄像头扫码、相册识别、二维码与条形码（CODE 128）生成、位置二维码、加密二维码、动态二维码（GIF 导出）、历史记录，以及桌面与锁屏小组件。当前版本要求 iOS/iPadOS 17 或更新版本。扫描、识别、生成与历史记录在本机完成，不需要注册账号。

2. 使用许可与内容权利

在遵守本条款、Apple 平台规则及适用法律的前提下，你可在自己拥有或控制的兼容设备上使用本 App。你保留输入、生成和导出内容的权利，并应确认有权使用其中的网址、名片、Logo、图片和其他素材。XYZTech 不因你在本机生成或识别二维码而取得这些内容的权利。

3. 禁止用途

  • 生成或传播指向诈骗、钓鱼、恶意程序或违法内容的二维码，或冒充他人的收款码、名片码；
  • 未经许可使用他人的商标、Logo、肖像或其他受保护内容；
  • 利用加密二维码隐藏违法内容或规避监管、平台和组织的安全限制；
  • 干扰本 App、系统或他人设备与服务的正常运行，或违反适用法律和第三方权利。

4. 扫码结果与安全提示

识别结果来自码中的内容，我们无法核实其来源、真实性或安全性。打开网址、连接 Wi-Fi、拨打电话或付款前请自行确认；App 会对 http 链接提示未加密连接，但该提示不是安全担保。导出前的可识别性校验不保证所有扫码设备或应用都能识别。

5. 加密二维码

加密二维码在本机使用 AES-256-GCM 加密，密码仅保存在本机钥匙串。我们无法找回遗失的密码，也无法解密你遗忘密码的二维码。持有密码的人可以解密内容，请只把密码告诉可信的人。生成加密二维码是会员权益；在 App 内解密免费。

6. 广告

免费版包含横幅、插屏和激励广告。观看激励广告可一次性解锁高清分享与复制或多码卡片；奖励需满足观看完成等条件，不等于会员，也不保证广告始终可用。有效会员期间不展示横幅与插屏广告。App 会弹出 Apple“允许跟踪”（ATT）请求，拒绝不影响核心功能。广告相关的数据处理见隐私政策。

7. XYZQRBox Pro 会员、自动续订与取消

XYZQRBox Pro 提供以下 App 内购买项目（中国大陆 App Store 价格）：

  • XYZQRBox Pro 月会员：¥8.00／月（自动续期订阅）
  • XYZQRBox Pro 年会员：¥68.00／年（自动续期订阅）
  • XYZQRBox Pro 终身会员：¥128.00（一次性购买，不自动续订）

其他国家或地区的价格与币种可能不同，实际价格、可购买项目与权益以 App 内及 App Store 购买确认页显示为准。会员权益：高清分享与复制、模块动画高清导出、加密二维码（AES-256-GCM）、移除官方 Logo、自定义中心图片、小组件一卡多码，会籍期间不展示横幅与插屏广告。

  • 付款：确认购买后，费用将从你的 Apple 账户（Apple ID）收取。
  • 自动续订：月度和年度方案为自动续期订阅。除非在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订，否则订阅将自动续订；Apple 将在当前订阅期结束前 24 小时内按相应续订价格扣费，续订成功后按所购方案延长一个月或一年。
  • 管理与取消：购买后可在 iPhone/iPad“设置”→ 你的姓名（Apple 账户）→“订阅”中管理或关闭自动续订。取消后，已付费权益通常可使用至当前订阅期结束。卸载 App 或停止使用不会自动取消订阅。
  • XYZQRBox Pro 终身会员为一次性购买项目，不会自动续订或重复扣费。
  • 恢复购买：可在 App 会员页使用“恢复购买”，以原购买 Apple 账户恢复可恢复的权益。
  • 退款：退款申请通过 Apple（reportaproblem.apple.com 或 Apple 支持）处理，是否退款依 Apple 规则及适用法律确定；本条款不排除你的法定权利。

8. 隐私

隐私政策说明本机数据、权限、广告与统计、保留和删除。

9. 可用性、更新与中止

功能依赖设备、系统版本、权限、存储空间、网络及第三方服务状态。我们不承诺玲珑码盒永久可用、兼容所有设备与文件，或不会中断。小组件的显示与刷新受 iOS 系统机制影响；旧版本添加的小组件可能需要移除后重新添加。我们可能修复、更新或调整功能；若重大变化影响你的权利或需要新的授权，将按适用要求通知或征求同意，并尊重你已有的有效付费权益。你可随时停止使用并卸载本 App。

10. 责任与适用权利

本 App 按届时可用的功能提供。在法律允许的范围内，我们不保证所有设备、内容或外部服务均能正常使用，也不对不受我们控制的网络、平台或第三方配置作出承诺。任何免责或责任限制仅在适用法律允许的范围内适用，不排除依法不得排除的保证、消费者救济或其他责任。

本条款不设定超出法律允许范围的用户赔偿义务，不要求你放弃依法享有的诉讼、投诉或消费者保护权利。争议应依据适用法律通过协商或有权机关解决。

11. 未成年人

未达到所在地独立订立合同或个人信息同意年龄的用户，应在监护人指导及必要同意下使用和购买。

12. 许可、条款更新与联系

App 的软件使用许可另见最终用户许可协议（EULA）。通过 Apple App Store 获得且没有有效自定义许可协议的版本，适用 Apple 标准 EULA 及 Apple 媒体服务条款中的使用规则。本条款不扩大或缩减强制适用的平台许可。

我们会在本页标注更新日期；重大修订按适用要求通知，需要另行同意的处理不会仅以继续使用代替同意。中英文版本意图一致，强制性法律及适用的语言保护优先。

These terms govern your use of XYZQRBox (玲珑码盒, “the app”). Read them with the Privacy Policy and the applicable EULA. Stop using the app if you do not accept them. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

1. Service and requirements

XYZQRBox provides camera scanning, photo recognition, QR and CODE 128 barcode creation, location codes, encrypted QR, animated QR with GIF export, history, and Home and Lock Screen widgets. The current version requires iOS/iPadOS 17 or later. Scanning, recognition, generation and history happen on-device, with no account.

2. License and your content

Subject to these terms, Apple’s rules and applicable law, you may use the app on compatible devices you own or control. You keep your rights in content you enter, create and export, and must be entitled to use any URLs, contact details, logos, images and other materials in it. Generating or reading codes on-device gives XYZTech no rights in that content.

3. Prohibited use

  • creating or spreading codes that lead to fraud, phishing, malware or unlawful content, or impersonating someone else’s payment or contact code;
  • using others’ trademarks, logos, likenesses or protected content without permission;
  • using encrypted QR to hide unlawful content or evade legal, platform or organizational security controls;
  • disrupting the app, the OS or other people’s devices and services, or violating law or third-party rights.

4. Scan results and safety

Results reflect what a code contains; we cannot verify its source, accuracy or safety. Check before opening links, joining Wi-Fi, calling or paying. The plain-http warning is not a security guarantee, and the pre-export scannability check does not guarantee that every scanner or app can read a code.

5. Encrypted QR

Encrypted QR uses AES-256-GCM on-device, and the password stays in the local Keychain. We cannot recover lost passwords or decrypt codes whose password you have forgotten. Anyone with the password can decrypt the content, so share it only with people you trust. Creating encrypted QR is a membership benefit; decrypting in the app is free.

6. Advertising

The free version includes banner, interstitial and rewarded ads. A completed rewarded ad unlocks one HD share/copy or multi-code card; it is not a membership, and ads are not always available. Banner and interstitial ads are hidden during a valid membership. The app shows Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt; refusing does not affect core features. See the Privacy Policy for ad-related data.

7. XYZQRBox Pro membership, auto-renewal and cancellation

XYZQRBox Pro offers the following in-app purchases (U.S. App Store prices):

  • XYZQRBox Pro Monthly Membership: US$0.99/month (auto-renewable)
  • XYZQRBox Pro Annual membership: US$9.99/year (auto-renewable)
  • XYZQRBox Pro Lifetime Membership: US$19.99 (one-time, non-renewing)

Prices and currencies differ by country or region; the app and the App Store purchase screen show the price, plans and benefits that apply to you. Benefits: HD sharing and copying, HD module-animation export, encrypted QR (AES-256-GCM), logo removal, custom centre images, multi-code widget cards, and no banner or interstitial ads during membership.

  • Payment: charged to your Apple Account (Apple ID) at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-renewal: monthly and annual plans are auto-renewable subscriptions. A subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, and a successful renewal extends the plan by one month or one year.
  • Manage and cancel: after purchase, manage or turn off auto-renewal in Settings → your name (Apple Account) → Subscriptions. After cancellation, paid benefits normally remain until the current period ends. Deleting the app or stopping use does not cancel a subscription.
  • XYZQRBox Pro Lifetime Membership is a one-time purchase that does not renew or recur.
  • Restore: use Restore Purchases on the membership page with the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
  • Refunds: handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple Support) under Apple’s rules and applicable law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains local data, permissions, ads and analytics, retention and deletion.

9. Availability and changes

Features depend on the device, OS version, permissions, storage, network and third-party services. We do not promise that XYZQRBox will always be available, compatible with every device or file, or uninterrupted. Widget display and refresh depend on iOS; widgets added by an older version may need to be removed and added again. We may fix, update or change features; material changes affecting your rights or requiring new permission will be handled under applicable notice/consent requirements, and valid purchased benefits will be respected. You may stop using and delete the app at any time.

10. Responsibility and legal rights

The app is provided with the features available at the time. Where the law permits limitations, we do not guarantee operation with every device, content item or external service, or configurations outside our control. Any disclaimer or limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not remove non-excludable warranties, remedies or responsibility.

These terms impose no indemnity beyond what the law permits and do not require you to waive court, complaint or consumer-protection rights. Disputes should be resolved by agreement or by competent authorities under applicable law.

11. Minors

If you are below the local age for independent contracts or data consent, use and purchase only with guardian guidance and any required permission.

12. License, revisions and contact

Software licensing is described in the End User License Agreement (EULA). App Store versions without a valid custom license are governed by Apple’s Standard EULA and the usage rules in the Apple Media Services Terms. These terms do not override mandatory platform licensing.

Revisions carry an updated date on this page; material changes are notified as required, and continued use alone will not replace any consent that is separately required. Both language versions are intended to be consistent; mandatory law and language protections prevail.
