本政策说明你使用 XYZFile 移动应用（“XYZFile”“本 App”“我们”）时，信息如何被处理。

1. 概要

XYZFile 是本地文件管理 App。根据当前 App 实现，XYZFile 不需要账号，不展示广告，没有 App 内购买或订阅，不包含广告 SDK 或第三方统计 SDK，也不会把你的文件上传到我们的服务器。你导入、创建、整理、预览、播放、压缩、解压、重命名、复制、分享或删除的文件都在设备上处理，除非你选择通过 iOS 系统功能或其他 App 分享或导出。

2. 我们处理的信息

你选择在 XYZFile 中使用的文件和内容

XYZFile 可能处理你导入或用其打开的文件、照片、视频、音频、压缩包、PDF、办公文档、文件夹及其他内容。这些内容保存在 App 的本地文件库中，当前位于 iOS 应用沙盒的 Documents/XYZFile 目录。如你在文件中放入个人信息，这些内容可能包含个人信息；我们不会将其用于广告、画像或统计。

文件元数据

为提供文件管理功能，XYZFile 可能读取本地元数据，例如文件名、类型、大小、修改日期、目录路径、受支持音视频的时长以及压缩包结构，仅在本地用于显示、搜索、排序、预览、播放、压缩、解压和整理文件。

权限

XYZFile 仅在你使用相关功能时请求 iOS 权限：

  • 文件与文稿访问：通过 iOS 文稿选择器导入文件，或打开发送给 XYZFile 的文件。
  • 照片与视频：导入所选媒体，或在使用相关功能时保存导出的媒体。
  • 相机：在使用相关功能时拍摄内容以导入。
  • 麦克风：在使用相关功能时录制音频或视频。
  • 音频播放：播放音频，包括 iOS 支持的后台播放。

你可在 iOS“设置”中管理权限。

来自 Apple 的诊断信息

如你在 Apple 设置中选择与开发者共享分析数据，Apple 可能向我们提供崩溃日志或诊断信息。我们仅将其用于诊断和改进 XYZFile。

3. 我们不收集的信息

根据当前 App 实现，XYZFile 不收集或传输：你的姓名、电子邮件地址、电话号码、账号凭据或通讯录；广告标识符或 App 跟踪透明度（ATT）追踪数据；精确位置；付款信息；你导入的文件或文件内容（不会传到我们的服务器）；通过 Firebase、AdMob、RevenueCat 或类似第三方统计／广告服务发送的统计事件。如未来版本加入账号、同步、云端处理、订阅、广告、统计或其他网络服务，我们会在这些功能发布前更新本政策。

4. 信息用途

  • 导入、浏览、搜索、排序、预览和整理文件；
  • 创建文件夹和管理本地文件操作；
  • 播放音频和视频；
  • 压缩和解压文件；
  • 按文件类型显示智能分类；
  • 在你使用 iOS 分享功能时分享或导出文件；
  • 在 Apple 提供诊断数据时诊断崩溃或技术问题。

5. 分享

我们不出售你的个人信息，XYZFile 也不会把你的文件分享给我们。只有在你选择通过 iOS 分享面板导出或分享文件、在其他 App 中打开文件、通过 iOS 文件系统功能保存或移动文件，或按你的 Apple 和设备设置把 App 数据纳入 iCloud 或设备备份时，文件才可能被分享。你与其他 App、网站、服务或个人分享的内容适用其隐私规则。

6. 第三方软件

XYZFile 使用第三方开源库实现界面、响应式编程、动画、菜单、压缩和归档功能，当前依赖包括 SnapKit、RxSwift、RxCocoa、Hero、SideMenu、SSZipArchive 和 SWCompression。这些库用于支持本地功能，在当前实现中不被 XYZFile 用于广告或追踪。

7. 数据保留与删除

保存在 XYZFile 中的文件会留在你的设备上，直到你在 App 中删除、通过 iOS 文件管理功能删除或卸载 App。卸载 XYZFile 可能移除 App 本地文件，具体受 iOS 行为及备份／恢复设置影响。Apple 提供的崩溃或诊断信息会在诊断、保障安全和改进 App 合理所需的期间内保留。

8. 安全

XYZFile 依靠 iOS 应用沙盒和设备安全控制保护本地文件。任何存储或传输方式都无法做到绝对安全，请使用设备密码、面容 ID 或触控 ID，并设置合适的备份。

9. 儿童

XYZFile 不面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们不会故意收集儿童个人信息。如你认为有儿童向我们提供了个人信息，请通过 XYZTechFeedBack@gmail.com 联系我们。

10. 你的选择与权利

由于 XYZFile 当前不维护用户账号或服务器端文件存储，大部分隐私控制可直接在设备上完成：在 XYZFile 中删除文件、在 iOS 设置中撤回权限、从设备删除 App、通过 Apple 设置管理 iCloud 和设备备份。根据你所在地区，你可能享有其他隐私权利；如需提出请求，请联系 XYZTechFeedBack@gmail.com。

11. 跨境使用

XYZFile 主要在你的设备上本地处理文件。如你联系我们获取支持，或通过 Apple 共享诊断信息，相关信息可能在应用提供方或服务提供方所在国家或地区处理。

12. 政策更新与联系

This Privacy Policy describes how XYZFile (“XYZFile”, “the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the XYZFile mobile application.

1. Summary

XYZFile is a local file management app. Based on the current app implementation, it requires no account, shows no ads, has no in-app purchases or subscriptions, includes no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs, and does not upload your files to our servers. Files you import, create, organize, preview, play, compress, extract, rename, duplicate, share or delete are processed on your device unless you choose to share or export them through iOS system features or another app.

2. Information we handle

Files and content you choose to use with XYZFile

XYZFile may handle files, photos, videos, audio, archives, PDFs, office documents, folders and other content you import into or open with the App. This content is stored in the App’s local file library, currently under the iOS app sandbox Documents/XYZFile directory. It may include personal information if you place it in your files; we do not use this content for advertising, profiling or analytics.

File metadata

To provide file management, XYZFile may read local metadata such as file name, type, size, modification date, directory path, duration of supported audio/video and archive structure, used locally to display, search, sort, preview, play, compress, extract and organize files.

Permissions

XYZFile requests iOS access only when needed for a feature you choose:

  • Files and document access: importing files selected through the iOS document picker or opening files sent to XYZFile.
  • Photos and videos: importing selected media or saving exported media, if those features are used.
  • Camera: capturing content for import, if that feature is used.
  • Microphone: recording audio or video, if that feature is used.
  • Audio playback: playing audio, including background audio where iOS supports it.

You can manage permissions in iOS Settings.

Diagnostics from Apple

If you choose to share analytics with app developers in Apple settings, Apple may provide crash logs or diagnostics. We use them only to diagnose and improve XYZFile.

3. Information we do not collect

Based on the current implementation, XYZFile does not collect or transmit your name, email address, phone number, account credentials or contacts; advertising identifiers or App Tracking Transparency tracking data; precise location; payment information; your imported files or their contents to our servers; or analytics events through Firebase, AdMob, RevenueCat or similar third-party analytics/advertising services. If future versions add accounts, sync, cloud processing, subscriptions, advertising, analytics or other network services, we will update this policy before those features are released.

4. How information is used

  • importing, browsing, searching, sorting, previewing and organizing files;
  • creating folders and managing local file operations;
  • playing audio and video;
  • compressing and extracting archives;
  • displaying smart collections by file type;
  • sharing or exporting files when you use iOS sharing features;
  • diagnosing crashes or technical issues when Apple provides diagnostic data.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and XYZFile does not share your files with us. Files may be shared only when you export or share them with the iOS share sheet, open them in another app, save or move them through iOS file-system features, or include app data in iCloud or device backups depending on your Apple and device settings. Content you share with another app, website, service or person is subject to their privacy practices.

6. Third-party software

XYZFile uses open-source libraries for interface, reactive programming, animation, menu, compression and archive features. Current dependencies include SnapKit, RxSwift, RxCocoa, Hero, SideMenu, SSZipArchive and SWCompression. They support local functionality and are not used by XYZFile for advertising or tracking in the current implementation.

7. Retention and deletion

Files stored in XYZFile remain on your device until you delete them in the App, delete them through iOS file management, or delete the App. Deleting XYZFile may remove app-local files, subject to iOS behaviour and backup/restore settings. Crash or diagnostic information provided by Apple may be retained as long as reasonably needed to diagnose, secure and improve the App.

8. Security

XYZFile relies on iOS app sandboxing and device security controls. No storage or transmission method is perfectly secure; protect your device with a passcode, Face ID or Touch ID and appropriate backup settings.

9. Children

XYZFile is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact XYZTechFeedBack@gmail.com.

10. Your choices and rights

Because XYZFile currently has no user accounts or server-side file storage, most controls are on your device: delete files in XYZFile, revoke permissions in iOS Settings, delete the App, and manage iCloud and device backups in Apple settings. Depending on your location you may have additional privacy rights; to make a request, contact XYZTechFeedBack@gmail.com.

11. International use

XYZFile primarily processes files locally. If you contact us for support or share diagnostics through Apple, that information may be processed where the App provider or its service providers operate.

12. Changes and contact
